Introduction

New to Indytend? This guide walks you through the basics of how our platform works — whether you’re a host planning your first event or a service provider setting up your first listing.

For Hosts (Party Organizers)

  1. Browse & Book Pros
    Search for bartenders, chefs, or food trucks available for your event.

  2. Build Your Menu
    Use the cocktail builder or menu builder to select what will be served. Alcohol, juices, and garnishes are linked to local providers for easy ordering.

  3. Add Extras
    Ice, mixers, snacks, and more can be included at checkout.

  4. Confirm & Pay
    Your card is only charged once your provider confirms the booking. Alcohol is delivered separately through licensed liquor store partners.

  5. Enjoy Your Event
    Your provider arrives with everything they need to serve. Hosts just sit back and enjoy.

For Service Providers (Bartenders, Chefs, Food Trucks)

  1. Create Your Listing
    Set up your profile with details, pricing, and photos.

  2. Build Menus & Cocktails
    Add cocktail recipes or food menus using the menu builder. You can also include custom ingredients.

  3. Respond to Requests
    You’ll be notified when a host requests to book. Confirm or decline based on availability.

  4. Get Paid
    You keep 100% of your service fee. Payouts arrive in 2–3 business days after an event through Stripe Connect.
